Developed a Chatbot

Created a responsive and user-friendly bot that answers to user questions and problems, FAQ, with up-to-date features, and ensuring the chatbot's functionality and performance.

By utilizing their visual flow builder, I designed the conversation flow, creating nodes to represent different steps and interactions. I connected these nodes to define the logic and progression of the conversation. I customized the nodes to handle user inputs and provide appropriate responses. Additionally, I explored advanced features such as integrating NLP services. After testing and iterating, I successfully deployed the chatbot to the desired platform.
