  • Providing detailed answers using a structured knowledge base about the company, role responsibilities, requirements, and benefits

  • Asking users if their questions were fully answered to ensure clarity and engagement

  • Guiding users through the recruiting process, capturing their interest and relevant details

  • Utilizing global nodes, branching logic, and webhooks for smooth flow and data handling

  • Handling edge cases and unexpected inputs with fallback responses
